Damaged Products Policy

In the event of your parcel arriving with clear signs of leakage, DO NOT accept the delivery and ask the courier to return the parcel to us.

We aim for all customers to get their orders in perfect condition but at times understand issues may arise. If you believe there is damage or a fault with a product you've received, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of your order so we can resolve the problem.

To protect the products and ensure safe delivery we may take the following steps:

  • Large orders or heavy products may be sent in separate parcels.
  • Bottles with presentation boxes may not be packed within the boxes but packed separately within your parcel.

In the unlikely event of damage please contact us, include as much information as possible. We will always require photographs of any damage including all the packaging for insurance purposes including:

  • Photographs showing the detail of the damage or faulty items. We will require proof the bottle is still sealed, an intact seal and bottle neck showing it hasn't been opened.
  • You must retain the product, box and all packaging until instructed otherwise by us.

Customers MUST provide evidence within 14 days from dispatch of your goods. After which period the product will become ineligible for a refund.
