Due to the nature of goods, all packages will require a signature upon receiving the goods. A signature is always required on delivery, so if you aren´t going to be at home we´re more than happy to deliver to a work address. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the product(s) is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our carrier will be unable to leave the product(s) with you.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, weights vary based on the products ordered. When checking out, the final shipping price will be given. All shipping charges are in GBP and inclusive of VAT and are fully insured at no extra cost. 

All postcodes within the mainland UK are eligible for the 3-5 working day delivery service which is calculated automatically on checkout. If you place an order after 09:00 it will be processed for shipping on the next working day.
