Lost Products

In the highly unlikely event that goods are lost, The Drink Garden will ensure a replacement is sent to you, if available.

Discrepancies with the contents of your order must be reported to our Customer Services team via email to customerservice@thedrinkgarden.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 

Where a replacement is not available due to it being discontinued or unavailable we will reimburse your for the full cost of the item only. No compensation will be paid.
